email sent internally not received by recipient
I am using Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007. Recently a few users have not been able to receive emails from other internal users.Exchange 2007Message tracking shows the message as being delivered to the recipient.Configurations are the same as they have always been.Does anyone have any ideas as to what can be causing this problem?

Hi,If message tracking log shows that messages are being delivered to recipient, I would start troubleshooting with outlook rules.Take backup of all existing outlook rules, delete those and then follow below article to delete any corrupt/hidden/stale rules with MFCMapi and test the issue.Delete Corrupted, Hidden or Stale rules from mailbox with MFCMapihttp://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/04/10/delete-corrupted-hidden-or-stale-rules-from-mailbox-with-mfcmapi/Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi, Whether all the messages sent by internal users cannot be received? If yes, I also suggest you disable the mailbox feature (except Outlook Web Services) on the problem recipient mailbox to troubleshoot the issue. Then, please send a message to him again and check whether the message can be received in OWA. Mike
