email rejected
My customer is getting rejected email from yahoo, gmail, aol and live mail. Internal mail works perfectly. They get a 4.4.7 error with the returned message. I have been online to review suggestions and settings that would solve this issue but cannot find any setting with the 2003 Exchange server.

What do you see in the SMTP protocol log? If the target servers are refusing the SMTP commands there'll be status codes and text that might explain your problem. If you're having problems with those domains it may be becasue you don't have a PTR record in DNS for the IP address. Or it may be that you don't have SPF data in DNS for the domain. Or it may be that the HELO\EHLO data the server sends is incorrect. Have you checked to see if the IP address in any DNSBLs? You can check a good number of them at http://www.mxtoolbox.com.
