I have a domain name witch my exchange box is linked using a pop3 link, I also have 2 users that are not on my exchange box that get there email from the same pop3 box lets call one of the d@d.com when i i@d.com try to send email to d@d.com my exchange server sends it back saying there is no mail box. This is correct as far as exchnage can see but if i could get exchnage just to send it out to the web then d@d.com would be able to recive the email. Many Thanks for your help Ian Bennington

Hi, Before we move on,I'd like to confirm with you about the problem that you encountered with. 1. Are d@d.com i@d.comaccount form pop3 mail box? 2. Email download from pop3 mail to user mailbox or global mailbox? More information for your reference: Understanding the Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/sbs/2003/support/b66ad442-e146-4c54-8f37-d7f670ea96f9.mspx?mfr=true Best regards, Xiu

Hi, d@d.com i@d.comare mailboxes whichare on the website, you can download mail from these account to your linked Exchange mail box.But these account can not be find in ADUC,so in the Exchange organization, you cannot find these account in the Golabe Address List. Thus it says it does not exist. Besides, please confirm that you can send email to other account which is a web mail account. If you want to send email to d@d.com, then exchangeshouldecanbe connected to Internet and the SMTP settings has been correctly configured. Hope it helps. Xiu
