Hi,
From the NDR information, we knew the generation server of NDR is Google. This indicates the email is not accepted by the Exchange server and terminated in the SMTP session. Maybe any security policy has been implemented on the Exchange server. You should check the relevant configuration on the Exchange server, and find the SMTP log on the Exchange server to check the information.

this seems to be a problem with google as they use SPF.
