Have you restarted the Information Store service since the registry update? How long has it been since you did this update? Also, do you have SP2 installed to Exchange 2003?

Clarify: You have exchange 2003 standard SP2, and you want to increase database size to 75GB, right?
The database size limit registry keys are read when the database mounts (not when the service starts up), and when each limit check task runs
---------- Database Size Limit Configuration and Management
You need to dis/remount the store, and let keys been read. So it can generate the application log

Installing the Exchange service pack will take exchange offline and make it unavailable to any user. You should plan to do this in non-peek hours.
Also, the 75GB changes dont apply in sp1, so install sp2 then double-check the registry settings to ensure they weren't reset by the service pack. then your limit should be increased to 75 like you configured.

Hi,
Its pretty simple to install SP2. Yes, it may require reboot during installation and mails service will not be available so you need to schedule it with proper downtime.

You should resolve the errors one at a time (likely all related anyway). Don't uninstall the service pack. It's been out for years and is very stable.
But yes, you can always remove service packs by going to Add/Remove Programs.

But I cannot found any exchange service pack 2 in add/remove program from control panel, do you know why?

There is a checkbox at the top of the add/remove window that says "show updates".
