Hello, I am trying to figure out the best solution to enable the two users who monitor our incoming jobs inquiry email container to have autoresponse emails sent on behalf of the email containers address. Right now they must manually add a email template and click send for this to happen. I've read a few things on automation with visual basic, third party apps, and maybe Outlook's autoresponse. I'm really not sure on the best path, and the best practice for this. If you could point me in the right direction it would be most appreciated. Thanks ahead of time
