email address cache
dear all, I use outlook 2007 (outlook anywhere ) and exchange 2010. when I close and restart the outlook 2007, the cache of email address disappeard. How to fix the problem? thank you john

Does this happen with all user on different PC or with the same user on a different PC? Try to narrow down the issue to a client or PC.Sukh

hi, I also think you are talking about the NK2. After you restart your outlook, and manually enter a mail address to send a mail, if you send a mail to the address again. Can you see the cache? Seems like something is clearing out the N2K file, do you use any GPO/Script which deletes the profile or in particular that file? After you logoff OLK, see if that N2K still exists or not?Sukh
