e2k7: how setup a user to send as a group (distribution)
permissions are granted on the group as below for Send-As; and when an e-mail is sent by using in the from field: (the sales group) the e-mail would bounce... in the NDR message the following is present, but I though we are trying to send-as and not on behalf... "You are not allowed to send this message because you are trying to send on behalf of another sender without permission to do so" User : DOMAIN\user Identity : domain.com/Corp/System/Groups/Distribution/Sales Deny : False AccessRights : {ExtendedRight} ExtendedRights : {Send-As} IsInherited : False Properties : ChildObjectTypes : InheritedObjectType : InheritanceType : All what are we doing wrong? I red other posts suggesting two hours delay, but it's been over four therefore I doubt it will just start working... any help appreciated
