domain name change in exchange 2k3?
My company recently changed our domain name and so we need to change our email addresses to match the domain name. I changed the recipient policy to reflect the new domain name and all the email accounts updated wth the new name. however we cannot recieve mail on our new domain name. I double checked the MX records and it looks great. When someone sends us mail the get a failure 550 im sorry that mailbox does not exist. What am i missing all the documentation says to change the recipient policy to the new domain name and exchange will begin recieving mail from that new domain but no. we are still getting mail from our old domain name becuase i left it in the policy it's just not the default. Thanks for any ideas.
