hi all i have new a distrbution group with 2 member inside, but when i send mail to the distrbution group mail account i receive the failure return from below, any step that i done wrong ? this is my SBS 2008 server, i have successfully install on server 2008 standard edition with no error, but this time i got this error, please help ! Hi, Did u try to send to distribution group from an email account out of your network? If so then plz make sure that "All senders are authenticated" check box is unchecked in the properties of the Distribution group. Hello, Apart from All Senders are Authenticated, verify there is no Transport rule, attachment or word which is blocking emails, or distribution group message delivery restriction are configured like Accept Messages from or Reject Messaged from. Regards MYM

As Laeeq said, check permission in DL and also can check whther you are able to send mail thru OWA by selecting respective DL from GAL.Anil
