Exchange does not have this functionality natively. It supports text-based only. Perhaps there is a 3rd party option that suits your needs. See the below for more detail, on Exchange 2007disclaimer support. Overview of Disclaimers http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124352.aspx ------------------------ Customizing Disclaimers When you create a disclaimer, you can modify the appearance, position, and behavior of the disclaimer. You can specify the following attributes: The disclaimer text. The color, size, and font of the disclaimer text. The placement of the disclaimer in the message body. The behavior of the disclaimer with messages that the disclaimer can't be applied to directly. The use of a separator between the disclaimer and the message body.

You can use a Smart Host, configure your exchange server 2007 to send all mails to smart host which is an SMTP Server; and install your disclaimer application to that Smart host server. And use it till a third pary tool avaible which is compatible with exchange server 2007.

I was looking into using a HTML disclaimer as well. Fortunately, the Mail Marshal software we use for spam filtering and message archival has the ability to use HTML because it has the ability to setup both a plain text and HTML message to apply to messages. It would be great to have this dual message support in Exchange itself. I think I see the reasoning behind HTML being left out as a user that receives only text messages would receive the ugly HTML code.
