delivery reports exchange 2003
Hi Guys! just a short question about "delivery reports" in exchange 2003. a customer of me don't receive delivery reports which have been requested explicitly. Exchange Settings: 1. "delivery reports" option have been checked under: Global Settings - Internet Message Formats - Default - Properties - Advanced 2. Test Mail DSN Request via Outlook or thunderbird Mail client but he still dont get any reports. Client (SMTP)-> Exchange ->.. Strange, this feature was always working for me in our infrastructure. Any idea here ? Thanks alot! regards, marcus

Is he requesting the delivery reports from internal users or external or both?

he tested both users/emails addresses, internal and external. thx i there a difference maybe setting wise?

Is Outlook in mapi mode or POP/IMAP?

Hi, Please confirm if the user is using a exchange account. POP3 and IMAP4 account do not support for delivery receipts.
