Hi Doug, You can use PFDavAdmin tools and give yourself/ ask your admin to give permission on the folder where calendar item is created and delete the calendar entry. You can delete it from PFDavAdmin also. PFDavAdmin Download: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=635be792-d8ad-49e3-ada4-e2422c0ab424

Hello Doug, I hope you have given Owner permission on public folder calendar to your account and checked. Verify that you have DACL of public folder calendar in Good state, you can refer Folder Permission Issues session of blow article. PFDavAdmin tool (Part 1) http://www.msexchange.org/articles/PFDavAdmin-tool-Part1.html

Hi Doug you can get the user to change the permissions on the public folder. also if you have access to the mailbox server run the get-publicfolder to get a list of public folders. if you find the folder in question run this command Add-PublicFolderAdministrativePermission -Identity foldername -User "your user nama -AccessRights AllExtendedRights -Inheritance SelfAndChildren. now you should be abl to run remove-publicfolder name of publicfolder you just have to make sure there is nothing in the folder
