delegate not able to see the meeting invite in the shared calendar
Hi, I have a user who has delegated his calender access to his PA. Recently she has setup a meeting invite onbehalf of him by accessing his shared calendar. Now she wants to move the meeting to some other date but she cant find the meeting invite in the shared calendar. But the same meeting invite is visible in his (owner's) calendar. Any idea what could be the reason. Background: outlook version:2007 Exch server : exch 2003 sp2 Thanks, Sridhar

I have a user who has delegated his calender access to his PA. Recently she has setup a meeting invite onbehalf of him by accessing his shared calendar. Hi Sridhar, Let's start at beginning. She opens his calendar by "Open a Shared Calendar...", she can see both calendars in her Outlook. After she clicks on his calendar and setups a meeting and sends it, can she find the meeting on his calendar immediately? Please also try to do it in Outlook Online mode. If possible, please delegate his calendar to another user to see whether it works or not. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Yes, the meeting invite is visible in his calendar when he opens his outlook in his system. But she cant view the same when she access his calendar using open a shared calendar though she setup the meeting by accessing his calendar.
