I am trying to set up cross site redirect. I found the command Set-OWAVirtualDirectory -Identity testlab\owa (Default Web site) -CrossSiteRedirectType Silent I have one internet facing CAS, and several AD sites all with CAS, HT, mailbox roles installed. I am not using split DNS, so domain names are different internally and externally. So from my research I am to run this command on the internet facing CAS server only. What do I enter in "testlab\owa"? what is the testlab part in my domain? Will that work for both internal and external access over OWA?

Ok. Found more info. Please correct me if I am wrong but -Identity "testlab\owa" should be "servername\owa"
