creating a send connector for my scanners
hello, i am currently having some issues with my networked scanners and email routing. basically my users have the ability to scan and send pdf docs from my scanners. what is happening is when a user scans and sends a doc the email is getting caught up in the 'sent' intems folder. if i open the message a message stating that 'this message has not been sent' is displayed. this starting happening around the time that i introduced an exchage 07 box into the environment so my gut tells me that there is some kind of routing issue related to the coexistene of 03 and 07. so with all that being said, can i create a send connector strictly for my scanners to use for sending documents from the scanning account to the users accounts. both the scanning account and all my users are on the exchange 07 box. thanks in advance!
