Hi,

I recommend you use the following cmdlet to verify the attachment filter entries that filter file names with a .zip extension.

Get-AttachmentFilterEntry FileName:*.zip

What's more, run the following cmdlet to check the blocked file types.

Get-OwaMailboxPolicy | fl BlockedFileTypes, *attachment*

Hope this can be helpful to you.

Hi ,

Based on my knowledge ,You can enable the transport pipeline logs to find out whether transport rule agent on the pipeline is acting upon those messages or not .

Reference Link :

http://theucguy.net/troubleshooting-transport-using/

Though the link for exchange 2010 but it supports exchange 2013 too.

Hi,

I already resolved this issue by using Exchange shell command

New-TransportRule -name 'Block All .ZIP Attachments' -Priority '0' -Enabled $true -AttachmentMatchesPatterns '.zip' -DeleteMessage $true

And I edit it using ecp to send a message to those wo are trying to send an attachment with .zip file.

Thank you guys for helping. all of you give me a good answers.
