corrupt mailbox
I am using exchange 2003 with outlook 2003 and everything works fine. However, I have recently purchased a blackberry device and was using their redirector tool to get my emails wirelessly on my blackberry device. That was working fine for the first week or so then stopped. Yesterday I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with blackberry support and they did everthign they could and finally they gave up and said that either my mailbox is corrupt or my exchange server is set up incorrectly to allow their redirector to work. My question is this: Is there a way in Outlook or Exchange to run a test on a mailbox or mailstore to ensure that there is not some hidden corruption? Does anyone have any experience with blackberry and a possible reason why my exhange server or mailbox would not allow their redirector to work?
