Hello, At this moment some people made a signature in outlook some people not. Is it possible to make a uniform signature for everyone of the company. Something like: best regards, name Function Companyname ... Can i do this with exchange or do i need 3rd party software?

Hi, You may set a Transport rule as described below: Exchange Management Console->Organization Configuration->Hub Transport Toolbox Action->New Transport Rule Set a proper transport rule there to affect all messages coming from inside the organization Regards from www.windowsadmin.info

With Exchange 2003 you must develop something on your own, perhaps a script that you regsiter as a SMTPsink. an easier way is just to buy some software such as http://www.exclaimer.com/ do you have a SMTP gateway when sendiong mail to internet, then perhaps it has functionality to add something when mail is going out to Internet. lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

Hi, In Exchange server 2003, it is possible to make a uniform signature for every of the company if you use third party software or scripts. And you need to add a disclaimer to outgoing SMTP messages in Visual Basic script. About how to do the scripts information, please refer to the link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317327/en-us Hope it helps.
