from some reason the OWA is also changed with mistakes on recurrence meetings. recurrence meeting moves them self back or to the next day. the exchange + client access servers are up2date with the latest updates and service packs. there is no problem with windows and oulook 2010 stations users also updated all of their devices including the office for mac latest updates. i read that such issue has been fixed on microsoft outlook 2010 http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29361 is it possible it's not fixed yet on office for mac 2011 ?
