all, is there a way to move the auto complete / nk2 outlook contacts from user A to user B. If so can this be done from the exchange rather than the end users machine therefore cuasing downtime for the user. I think the users in question may be using outlook 2010 whcih means there is no nk2 file to copy / rename. User A has left the company and now User B needs access to User A email contacts. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

thanks all but i have managed to do this. the user was using outlook 2003 which made it easy to copy the nk2 and move it to the new user profile. However if this was office 2010 i would be struggling as the nk2 is now discontinued. Thanks
