Hi,

Update you Adobe to the last version to check the result.

If there is Office 2007 or later, we can directly save the word document as a pdf file. Have you tried this before?

Click File>Save as, select the PDF type then click OK

If the content still shows mess up after converting, try some other converting programs or just refer to online converting.

Hi,

I have tried 'Save as pdf' in word and this doesnot work. I have tried online conversions from various companies and I still get the same problem. The table numbers in the document are being altered.

Is there an alternative or possible solutions

I need this conversion for publication purposes

Thank you for your help

Kind regards

install Microsoft plugin (in case you are using office 2007) for pdf conversion. Otherwise upgrade to office 2010 in which you can easily save files as pdf.
