Hi all,

Can someone please fill me in if there is a way to actually show the public folder favourite content in Outlook 2013?

I created a shortcut for the public folders and added it to Favourites - but the actual public folder content isn't in there. 

all the sub folders were checked to be in favourites so not sure where I may have gone astray.
