connect office 365 error mkt
Hello,

we have in place a hybrid configuration Exchange 2013 / Office 365

so we are migrating over time mailboxes in Office 365.

Since today, we can no longer initiate migration batch exchange ECP since 2013 (always possible since Office 365)

When selecting the user to migrate and you click on "to Exchange Online" Login windows to Office 365 appears

and when you click on "connect at office 365" here is what appears:

What can we do?

also thing we noticed, the Office link 365 no longer points to the Exchange admin online portal but to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=258351

Not sure if you found a workaround for this but this is what works for me when I get the same issue:

  • Log into ECP
  • Click on "hybrid"
  • Click "modify"
  • Click "sign in to Office 365", sign in* then go back to the "Enterprise" tab and try the migration again, this time you shouldn't get asked to sign in.

*sometimes this will ask me to sign in to on-premise Exchange here (weird).
