configuration of room resources in exchange 2007
I am trying to setup a room in exchange 2007. Everything I have read show the configuration being done in OWA. I cannot run OWA at this site. Is the a way I can configure it using outlook or powershell.

Working ok now. I just have some tweeking. Is there a way to have this removed from the requesters calendars or prevent it from being added to their calender. I would just like to have the meeting show up on the rooom calendar.

Hi Norman,
If you only want to add in room mailbox calendar, you can follow these steps to have a try:
1.
Grant user permission to edit on room mailbox’s calendar
2.
Users use Outlook/OWA to add (meeting request, appointment)on room mailboxes calendar.

Is there a way to keep users from being able to add request to the calendar?

Hi Norman,
As far as I know, if you mean the user who create the meeting request, there is no way.
If you mean users who receive the meeting request,
you can follow this thread to prevent request add to their calendar automatically:
