what are the symptoms when sending mail? Do you have any error messages in eventlog, is user getting NDR's when sending?

If NDR message is received, please check the NDR code for further troubleshoot the issue. If the message stuck in queue, please use Queue Viewer to check which queue the message hangs and what the last error is. 2.
