Hi, I am facing a problem of clean mails going to Junk folder of Inbox on the exchange server 2000. We have GFI security for spam. Can anyone help me? manisha

E2K has no ability to put mail in the Junk E-mail folder for the user. Are you using Outlook 2003? I suspect it is what is doing this when the message arrives in the user's mailbox.

Thanks Jim. Our problem is of the junk folder of the exchange server side junk of the inbox. I do understand that the Outlook 2003 has ability to put the emails in the junk folder on the desktop. But I am talking about the junk folder in the Inbox folder on the exchange server. I can access this folder only viewing emails through Internet explorer.
