check user's mailbox
Hello, Operating System environnement: Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition x64 - R2 Version 5.2.3790 ServicePack 2 Nu 3790 Type x64 **** Microsoft Exchange Environnement: Exchange Server 2007 Microsoft Corporation Version : 08.01.0263.000 Is that possible to check the user mailbox? Maybe not the content but at least whether he receives the item and maybe the subjet? It happens that tracking emails did not tell me if the user had it or not. Any idea?

If it's a specific email, you can use export-mailbox and filter on what ever details you have about it. Msgid would probably be the easiest if you have that.

Hi, If you are the admin of the Exchange, then I think you can open the user mailbox. You can try to use get-mailboxpermission account to check if you have full access permission on this mailbox. Also I think you may try to journaling the user email and send the journal report to your mailbox.
