ccr clustered mailbox server
Hi Guys, recently we face the RPC latency high issue and affect users on the ccr mailbox, when we try to use the exchange troubleshooting assistant to troubleshoot notice that when we key in the clustered hostname it state that not able to get the perfmon counter for RPC related counter, and when i try to switch the hostname to the physical mailbox server hostname it is unable to find in the active directory. Any 1 encounter this issue before? any advice? thanks alot guys.

hey, It seems you are facing performance issues on Clustrer (CCR). make sure users should not have more than 5000 items in outlook defualt folders. Check if we have host A record registerd in DNS, for bothe CCR nodes and CMS name. Let me know if there are any events generating in application logs. Thanks

Please run the perfmon & see if you are able to find out those counters. If not try to load it manually & see if that helps How to manually rebuild Performance Counter Library values http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300956 the performance counters can be reloaded from C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Setup\Perf. Run the command Lodctr .ini file Thanks
