environment:  user in on terminal server windows 2008 R2 Enterprise, using office std. 2013

I have a user who receives scan admin emails (emails with a PDF file scanned to user).  the user used to move the email to a folder from inbox to a specific folder in outlook.  Now user gets an error from outlook "cannot move the items.  unknown error"

I have created a new folder, assuming there was a space limit on each folder, but this is not the case.  

I tried updating group policy, and have created a new profiile on the terminal server.  

need advise.  thank you

Which type of email account does the user use? IMAP, POP3 or Exchange?

How does the user move his emails? Via dragging/dropping or right-clicking and then selecting Move? Please try both method to see the result.

If you are using a PST file as the data file, please also try using the Inbox repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to scan and repair your Outlook data file and then test the issue again.
