I am having a problem with some entries in my contacts.. Im running outlook 2007 and when I go to my address book I cannot find several entries. But when I try to send an email and type the first letters of the email address on the TO: field it shows up.. can somebody give me and insight on how to fix this.. thanks

Hi, What's you exchange environment? I recommend you first try to download the offline address book manually: 1. Open Outlook, click Tools->Send and receive, 2. Click Download Address Book. If the issue persists, please move to the next step: Test the problem in outlook online mode =============================== 1. Open Outlook, click Tools->Options. 2. In Mail Setup tab, click E-mail Accounts. 3. In E-mail tab, click you profile and click change. Clear the "User Cached Exchange mode" option and then restart Outlook. What's result?
