Hi all, i created a new user yesterday in AD then used EMC to create a mailbox. The user is logged in and all works fine. However . . I am now trying to give the new user permission to access another users calendar. I cannot see / find the new user when trying add / change permissions on the calendar from within Outlook. Is there something I am missing? The user is not hidden from the GAL. I have forced Outlook to send / receive Any help would be much appreciated Thanks

Hi, Running Outlook in Cached Mode? Can you see the new user in the AddressList "All Users"? Maybe the client hasn't downloaded the latest OAB yet. Download it manually and see if that works.Martina Miskovic
