cannot connect Default profile connect to exchange server
i have some user which have exchange 2003 mailboxes now i removed  exchange 2003 server from my company and delete all existing database because i dont require any old mails now i installed exchange 2013 on server 2012 plateform i disable the mailbox of existing users and assign new mailbox user accessing their mailbox using owa  but when opening in outlook 2007 error display unable to connect  profile connect to exchange server please provide solution

Hi,

I understood you can login these mailboxes on owa, but they had the issues on outlook.

Firstly, please verify that the server is the correct server in outlook account settings.

Secondly, users who were create on exchange 2003 cant connect because the connection mode have changed on exchange 2007 or later.

We can try create a new mailbox on exchange 2013 and check if the new user can work well.

If it work well, we can recreate new Outlook profile to test.

If it doesnt work, we need to check autodiscover service for further troubleshooting.
