Hi,
By default, Outlook won't roam any user profile between different client. I haven't seen any documented way of using Roaming profiles, but some workarounds.
If you are trying any method of Outlook roaming profile, there is more that you should note:
You cannot roam Outlook settings among more than one version of
Outlook. It needs to be the same version no matter where the user logs in.
Users need to store their Outlook information on a server such as an Exchange server instead of a network share or in local PST files. By default,
Outlook stores all PST files under C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook directory. In a Windows
roaming profile scenario, user's Local Settings directory does not roam.
Dont use cached mode. OST files used with cached mode will not roam. If you use cached mode, a new OST is created on each machine the user roams to.
For a workaround, you may silence the profile creating process as far as possible when Outlook first run:
1. Create PRF
2. Deploy PRF with user logon script.
A similar question was asked in the forum before, and the user figured it out, here is for your reference:

1. Create PRF
2. Deploy PRF with user logon script.
