can not change the setting in EMC or EMS due to insufficient access rights to global-catalog
i have migrated my email server from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010 and am not able to create new mailboxes for new users or change the setting for hub transports. 1. Is it for all new users or some users in particular OU. If certain OU's check that inheritance is selected on the OU too. 2. Are you sure you have the appropiate rights to perform the taski.e you have appropiate exchange and AD priveledge. Also, add yourself to the local admin group on the HUB server so you have local admn access and test. 3. Can you modify exisiting mailboxes? 4. Issue seems to be permission related to your account/some sort of inheritenceSukh
