can't receive email from internal users
Hi I have 2 exchange 2010 sp1 servers I have deleted a user and his mailbox and recreate a new user and a new mailbox with the same name for example UserX Now none of my internal user are able to send email to userX they receive this error (see below) In this situation userX his able to receive email, he his always able to send email internal user responding to email sent by UserX external user sending email to UserX Internal user using OWA to send email to UserX In this situation UserX is not able to receive emails internal user sending email to UserX even if they are choosing UserX directly in the GAL and not in the suggested contacts I try to update the offline address book and download the offline address book on my outlook 2010 (by using send/receive) still the same thinghanks table.MsoNormalTable { font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif"; } Thanks here is the error: The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. In the new user's properties add a new "other" e-mail address of type X500 (no dot) with the following value: /O=xxx/OU=Montrea/cn=Recipients/cn=userx@xxxx.ca Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
