Hi, I just added a new user to our Exchange 2007 mail server. I can send/receive mail within the network and send outside the network, however, I can't receive mail from outside the network. There is at least one other user that has the same problem, but others are having no problem at all. Any ideas???

Is your exchange server directly connected to the internet or do you have an SMTP gateway or Spam filtering in front of Exchange? Do you have recipient filtering enabled in Exchange 2007? Deli

there is a firewall between the internet and Exchangejames

Have you allowed anonymous access on your hub transport recieve connector? Using just 1 email domain?
