calendar permissions on users

hi there,

i have been having some issues with calendar permission in outlook

the end result i need (if possible) is to be able to have a users calendar that certain people can have full access (which i use the following command in the shell ( Add-MailboxFolderPermission user@externaldomain.co.uk:\Calendar -User user2  -AccessRights  Owner )

and a everyone else can only add calendar items that dont conflict with any that are already in place. note the mailbox needs to be a user and not a resource mailbox or room mailbox.

if anyone can help id be grateful

thanks in advanc

Hi,

From your description, I would like to clarify the following things:

1. You can grant users full access permission to a calendar using the above cmdlet you provided.

2. The conflict settings are available for room mailbox (resource mailbox) only. You can use the AllowConflicts, ConflictPercentageAllowed parameter to set it. Your understanding will be appreciated.
