calendar can't update

Exchange 2007 is on windows 2003.We always see calendar update stuck in queues. Then we find event of it. Event Type: Warning Event Source: MSExchangeTransport Event Category: Exchange Store Driver Event ID: 327 Description: The following call : EcGetMime to the store failed. Error code : -2147467259.
