bypass initial settings of windows media player11 question- (winxp sp3)
Hi,
I have a question here.
When my network user login to the classroom, they have to go through the initial media players setup. i.e. agree license, validate copy of geniune windows, express settings /custom setttings of what file will be played by media player.
I have setup the template user and run this process already. copied to default user, create a local user acount, this media player 11 won't ask me any questions just go straight to play... no hassle.
However, when login as a network user, user has to go through this initial setup..
I searched the group policy and enabled administrative templates..windows components.. media player....
It doesn't work on my system.
I am wondering if anyone can pls provide some registry keys that can enable network users by pass the inital settings of media player would be great.
I found one:
AcceptanceEULA=dword 0 (local Machine/software/microsoft/mediaplayer/preference)
anything else?
Thank you.
