Hello all,

Is there a way to add a button which I can click to bulk send all emails from a specific sender in an Inbox to their corresponding folder.  I don't want an automatic rule.  I want to assess the emails first in the main Inbox, then at the end of the week click a button which will send all the emails I got from that person into their folders.  I don't mind doing this for each individual person, but the Quick Steps only allow one message to be sent at a time and rules are automatic.

I suggest you create the rule, which moves the emails from Inbox to the specified folder. But please don't turn it on:

Leave the "Turn on this rule" checkbox unticked.

Then all the emails from the person should still be stored in Inbox first. When you need to move these emails, you can try the "Run Rules Now" option manually to move these emails.
