building server exchange 2010
Just started at a new job doing IT support. I've been asked to research the requirments and possible costs for Exchange server2010. we currently dont have a exchange server and we will be building it from scratch. We have 50 users
and a large budget. any info would be of great help, thanks.

You should have Domain Environment Active directory
Planning and Configuring the Exchange Server

I can't comment on the specific licensing cost (you will need to get with your licesing vendor for actual costs), but here is info on the Exchange licenses. You will need both Server and User licesnes:

hello , im new to exchange server 2010 and im trying to install it ,
as you know it need some prerequisites through powershell, but when i copy code to power shell it says not recognized ....
so i want instead using power shell use server manager , so could some one give me a list of the roles and features need to be installed on that machine i want to install the exchange server on it
