brain fryed need help please
hello My head is hurting due to a few recent problems, I am a novice on pc's and have a problem, My pc started recently crashing and going to the blue screen and after reading for the first time (begining memory dump) i paniced and hit the power button on the front of my pc.I now know that that was not the done thing! After a few of these crashes and eventualy managing to restart windows i went to print a document and found that when doing so my pc say's SYSTEM ERROR and tells me to shut down and reboot, after doing this i still cannot print. I have uninstalled the printer and drivers then reinstalled which has made no difference. I am also still getting the blue stop screens and the stop codes are 0x000000F4 this has happened about 8 times in 2 days and a new one today 0x0000007A.My pc is running xp home sp2 and is kept updated i run pc guard antivivus and this also is kept updated.Does anyone have any help before i result in formatting my hard drive and carrying out a fresh install. Many thanks Martin

In my experience, the 7A error messages are related to improperly, recently installed drivers. Try to determine the driver by using last known good config or safe mode (hit f8 right before windows starts). Here's more on the 7A message: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/130801 and by the way, you are posting in the wrong forum. This is for Exchange Server 2007 only.
