blank message body in recieved emails
Hi, What can cause the message body to just vanish on email sent to a specific mailbox. Only one recipient gets these blank emails. Works great to all the other mailboxes. The only modified thing with that specific mailbox is that it a shared inbox. Tried to remove the permissions but still the same. What can cause this and how can i resolve it? The server is running a clean install of sbs 2011. Best Regards

1. Could be an issue with the mailbox, may want to do this as last resport, create a new mailbox and test. 2. Create a new MAPI profile and test, could be corrupt profile 3. Test via OWA. Can you see themessage via OWA. 4. Test another PC and cOutlook client, may need to repair office install or outlook. 5. Test OPutlook in safe mode and tes, diabled pluggins etc..Sukh

Exchange tranport process will not change the message body. I would suggest we test in OWA. it could help us verify if the message body is vanish or just reformated by Outlook client. if the issue continues in OWA, move the problematic mailbox to another database or server to have a test. -FionaPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
