Hi, Ive just upgraded from SBS server to server 2003 R2 and exchange 2007. I'm very happy with the product but Im having a problem with messages in the message queue with no from address. I believe that my server is trying to be used as a spam server however when I do the open relay test my server is closed. All these mails are causing my band width to be used up and any emails with attachments are taking more than 12 hrs to be believed. Is there any way of blocking these emails? Ive setup my exchange without any edge transport as my understanding is that you need 2 machines to do so. Im connecting to the net using the receive connector in the server configuration.

If you suspect that your server is configured to allow relay, you should test it immediately. Take a look at this page: http://www.abuse.net/relay.html It is a wizard that will help you test the server. Please post backand see if the ABUSE.NET found any relay vulnerabilities on your server.

Hi,I ran the test and the results are as below. Relay test 3 and 6are the one that concern me.
