Hi all,

I ve a trouble with a mailbox MAPI.

A customer told me than yersterday he had emails on his mailbox but today all this email except the day before.

I ve checked in the exchange management console tracking mails but nothing.

Day before in end of the i have restart mailbox server but nobody else had troubles with his mailbox.

If someone can help me about this situation ;-). tHKS

Hi,

I suggest to enable the Mailbox audit logging for this mailbox for troubleshooting.

By default, there is no action entry setting under mailbox owner performance. We need to use the following command to configure this

Set-Mailbox -Identity "Ben Smith" -AuditOwner HardDelete -AuditEnabled $true

And I suggest to remove any active sync device to make things easier for troubleshooting.

By the way, why this mailbox use MAPI to connect exchange instead of using SMTP?
