I ma trying to backup exchange 2007 information stores using backup exec 12.5 (it was workin perfectly) but now when i try to list the information stores the email server tries to access 199.7.84.190 (or any ip in the range 199.7.0.0) which related to verisign to check the certificate but the email server is denied from access the net so how can i solve this problemAshraf Khalifah

Hi If you cant access exchange server, please check your permission and network setting. Can you ping it or communicate it? If network is ok, you cant access server through exec. Please communicate with your software provider. You can post exact error and maybe other knows it. Terence Yu TechNet Community Support
