automatically sending emails from a userID and it's sitting in outbox
Hello From one of the user outlook emails are automatically sending but it is sitting in Outbox long time and after that it is releasing. Please have a look at the below NDR. And some times it's poping up a window called "tazebama.dll file encounter problem". I am checking whether it will be an Exchange 2007 server issue or some kind of virus affected? Hi, It seems like your primary smtp domain must be configured as a relay domain and you must create a send connector to deliver mails for that domain. Regards from www.windowsadmin.info

Hi, Did you try another user to send the email to user2? Since the email was sitting in the Outbox, this indicates the email was not submitted sucessfully. That is because the Mail Submission service (mailbox server) detects wheter the new email are ready for delivery. If there is, it will generate a New Mail Notification so that the Store Driver on a Hub can connect to the Store and retrieve the message for delivery, then the email leaves the Outbox and comes into the Submission queue for further process. Thanks Allen
