automatic reply office 2010 sp2

hi,

users used to do their own automatic reply from outlook 2010 sp2 now they cannot do it i thought it was from the office 365 but its workin g on 2013 office every time any user want an automatic  reply i have to do it for him from the OWA any one can help me is any latest update for office.

Hi,

From your description, automatic reply works well when using Outlook 2013. When using Outlook 2010, it can't work well, the issue should be related to Outlook side, I recommend you install the latest Outlook 2010 Service Pack and check the result.
