attachments stripped from outgoing messages
When we send messages to a CONTACT created in Exchange 2007 (not Outlook, but a contact created in the Exchange Management console), all attachments are stripped. If we send the email to the external address directly, the attachments are not stripped. But if we send it to the CONTACT, attachments are not there. I cant find a setting to tell it to stop stripping the attachment from CONTACTS.

It most likely caused by anti-virus software, you may change the anti-virus SMTP gateway to ensure not to strip the attachement.

Nope. We turned off all antivirus software and it still does it. Why would it strip attachments when you send mail to a contact, but not when you send to other users in the address book?
